Refund & Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Conditions for Return

• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• Item must be returned in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of the materials, each piece may include markings, irregularities, and variations. These are part of the product and not considered defects.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Eligible Returns

• Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered

• Items returned without prior contact

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the one-of-one nature of each garment.
